Payment and security

How you can pay

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card and wallet payments (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal, when these options are shown at checkout.

Currency and amount

You choose your currency with the language and currency selector at the top of every page: US dollar (USD), euro (EUR), pound sterling (GBP), Danish krone (DKK), Swedish krona (SEK), Norwegian krone (NOK) or Swiss franc (CHF). Prices, shipping and your order total are shown in that currency with its currency code, and your payment is taken in exactly that currency and amount. If your card account is in a different currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot supply an item, or you cancel before dispatch, we refund the amount in full to the same payment method.

What appears on your statement

Payments to us appear on your bank or card statement as LUMISELLE. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank — we will help straight away.

How your payment data is protected

• The whole website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS).
• Card details are entered in secure payment fields provided by the payment provider and go directly to them. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
• Our payment providers are certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
• Card payments use Strong Customer Authentication (such as 3-D Secure) where your bank requires it.
• Payments are screened for fraud to protect you and us.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method in the currency you paid in. See our returns policy for timings.
