Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
To the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United States and Canada. See our shipping policy for times and costs.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days in the UK, 4–8 in the EU, 5–10 to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and 6–12 to the US and Canada.
How much is shipping?
A flat rate per destination, shown in your currency at checkout before you pay — for example €9.95 to the EU or 75 kr. to Denmark.
Will I pay import duties?
Deliveries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, duties or fees charged by your country. Unless your order confirmation says they were collected at checkout, they are payable on delivery. Details are in our shipping policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been dispatched. Email support@lumiselle.shop with your order number as soon as possible.
Payment and currencies
Which currency will I be charged in?
In the currency shown with your prices — USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF. You can change it at the top of every page. The amount at checkout is exactly what is charged.

Returns
How do returns work?
Return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Tell us by email or use the online withdrawal function; we send you the return address and refund you within 14 days of receiving the items. Full details are in our returns policy.
How do I withdraw from my purchase?
Use “Withdraw from contract here” — two steps, with an email confirmation straight away. You have 14 days from delivery.
Sizing, fabrics and care
How do your sizes fit?
All pieces come in unisex sizes XS–XXL and are cut with room to move. Each product page names its fit; our size guide has body measurements in cm and inches.
Are your clothes waterproof or protective?
No. They are light everyday clothes for gardening, made mostly from cotton and linen. They are not tested as waterproof, thorn-proof or protective clothing and should not be used as safety equipment.
How should I wash them?
Most pieces are machine washable at 30 °C. The exact care instructions are on each product page and on the label.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, we sell online only. Our registered office is not a shop or returns address.
